211168Mariam qualified from the University of Leeds in 2011, receiving the Douglas Jackson Prize for Paediatric Dental Health and the National BSSPD Coltene-Whaledent Award for her joint research project in Prosthetics. In 2012, Mariam won the DF1 training scheme award for Pennine and her research work was shortlisted for the BSSPD's prestigious Schotllander Award.
In addition, Mariam completed her post graduate certification in implantology with the renowned ICE institute in 2014. She is currently an Educational Supervisor for newly graduated dentists and studying a PGCert in Clinical Teaching.
Mariam is also certified in treatments for cosmetic braces, Invisalign, Botox and fillers and thoroughly enjoys taking patients through their smile journey and improving their confidence with beautiful results.
Outside of dentistry, Mariam is a busy mother of four and enjoys juggling her time with her hobbies; baking, travelling, calligraphy and circus skills.

278636Pushpa qualified from Barts and The London School of Dentistry in 2018. She worked within a dental hospital where she gained experience dealing with complex dental cases. She did further training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, where she currently works as a locum across various hospitals. She also works at the Urgent Care Dental Services as an Emergency Dentist. She has completed a Postgraduate Certification in Clinical Teaching and the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental surgery.
Pushpa is sedation qualified, with experience in treating anxious patients. She has a keen interest in Oral Surgery.
She has presented her work at multiple conferences, including the British Association of Oral Surgery, and Manchester Medical Society, where she won a prize for the best presentation in 2021. She has published several articles in the British Dental Journal, and is continuing to publish her work.
In her free time, Pushpa enjoys reading, trekking and painting.

278636Stephanie qualified in 2018 from the University of Manchester. She is currently completing a post graduate degree in Restorative and Aesthetic dentistry. Stephanie has a passion for making dentures and is currently helping to co-ordinate denture courses across the UK.
She is Invisalign accredited and uses a variety of removable aligner systems to have her patients achieve their dream smile. She also has a passion for treating children and has published papers in paediatric dentistry. Stephanie has presented her work at a number of conferences and has a continuing interest to do so.
Stephanie speaks a number of languages including French and Arabic fluently. Outside of work Stephanie enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym, playing tennis and football.

79881Since graduating from Birmingham University, Abid has acquired extensive experience working as a General and Cosmetic Dentist throughout practices in Greater Manchester and prides himself on his gentle and friendly approach.
Abid offers a wide range of treatments including composite bonding, teeth whitening, orthodontics and general dentistry. He is a firm believer in minimal invasive cosmetic dentistry which means achieving the smile you have always wished for, with the minimum amount of tooth preparation necessary.
Abid is an Invisalign provider and has completed various prominent courses in restorative and cosmetic dentistry in order to provide an excellent standard of smile makeovers.
Abid has furthered his knowledge and clinical skills by completing a postgraduate certificate in Restorative Dentistry from the University of Chester, a certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Warwickshire and an MSc in Dental Studies from the University of Bristol.
Outside of work, Abid enjoys spending quality time with his family, eating out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle playing football.

283646Zamzam graduated from the University of Manchester in 2019, graduating with the John Lowry Oral Surgery Prize for Highest Performance in Oral Surgery.
She has experience working in secondary care as a dental core trainee in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery across two hospitals, and completed postgraduate exams to gain membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery.
Zamzam has presented at conferences, including at the British Society for Oral Medicine, and is interested in all aspects of general dentistry.
In her spare time she enjoys running and likes to spend time with friends and family.

309225Joe qualified from Newcastle University and joined Eagle House Dental to start his career. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has a particular interest in oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry.
Joe prides himself on his calming and friendly approach to appointments trying to make all patients feel as comfortable as possible while providing a high standard of treatment and care.
Outside of work Joe spends most of his time running, specialising in middle distances, as well as training at the gym.

270801Ashikin graduated with honours from the University of Manchester and won the FGDP Hans Kurer Prize for Best Clinical Case.
Dr Thajudin's dental ethos is to always provide high quality dentistry in a relaxed and comfortable environment. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has a particular interest in minimally invasive restorative and aesthetic dentistry.
She is keen on improving her knowledge and skills and thus has attended multiple courses since graduating. She has attended the 'Totally Composite Course' where she has been trained in composite bonding by the world renowned Dr Monik Vasant. She is also a certified Invisalign provider and particularly enjoys this area of her work as it enables her to transform her patient's smile in a non invasive manner. She has recently completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Aesthetic Dentistry to enable her to master advanced dental treatments such as complex veneer, crown and bridge cases.
When she is not busy saving smiles, she loves experimenting with recipes and whipping up delicious desserts for her friends and family (and most likely being bossed around by her sassy little toddler).

211133Umar qualified in 2011 and has worked in Manchester City Centre and Wythenshawe for over 10 years. He has undertaken various teaching roles with dental students and newly qualified dentists, completing a post-graduate certificate in teaching and education.
He enjoys transforming patient smiles with implants and ensures that he is up to date with the most recent developments in aesthetic dentistry by attending a variety of courses.
In his spare time he enjoys cycling, going to the gym and spending time with his family and friends.
Lottie is our dental hygienist/therapist. She graduated from Newcastle University in 2020 where she studied Oral and Dental Health Sciences.
Lottie specialises in the treatment of gum disease and has a keen interest in restorative work. She is looking forward to furthering her dental career by being part of the Eagle House Dental team.
Outside of work Lottie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking new recipes and keeping up with sustainable fashion.
I've been working at Eagle House Dental for 2 years. I really enjoy my job and working in dentistry! I'm coming towards the completion of my apprenticeship journey which has been a great introduction to the world of creating smiles.
I love aesthetic dentistry, composite bonding cases and helping beautiful new smiles being designed. I also enjoy assisting in dental hygiene treatments to ensure optimal gum health.
My future aspiration is to become a dental therapist and I'm looking forward to progressing my career.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with my family and friends.
I'm currently enrolled in the NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing. I particularly enjoy composite fillings and look forward to expanding my experience and skills.
In my spare time I enjoy going out with friends for shopping and meals. I like spending time at the gym (which keeps me motivated!) and with family.

My favourite thing about working at Eagle House Dental is that all staff are friendly and there is always a positive work environment as we aim to work as a team.
I haven't been at the practice long but I'm really enjoying it and already feel part of the Eagle House family.
I enjoy watching my two children play football for their local teams, going to music concerts and festivals as a family. I also spend a lot of time researching my family tree and learning about the lives they all lived.
